Gwyn’s
has consistently been voted North America’s best on mountain
sit-down restaurant by Skiing and Ski magazines. For the past
20 years, visitors and locals alike have returned time and time
again to experience the creative alpine cuisine, with menu items
from the Alps to the Pacific Rim.
Tempting starters include the Blackened Ahi and the Seafood Puffs,
flaky pastries stuffed with crab and shrimp in herb boursin cream.
Favorite entrees include Elk Medallions in a cranberry port sauce
and the Southwestern Anasazi Rice Bowl topped with your choice
of organic chicken or grilled jumbo shrimp.
Save
room for specialty desserts like a Warm Chocolate Gateau or a
Poppy Seed Torte. No meal is complete without a bottle of wine
from George and Gwyn’s wine cellar, which boasts an impressive
collection accumulated over two decades.
Ride
the snowcat in the moonlight for your private dinner party.
